Please note check in times are between 14:30 and 19:00. Upon prior arrangement, late check in is possible until 20:30 free of charge.

Guests arriving between 20:30 and 22:00 are charged a GBP 35 late check in fee.

Guests arriving after 22:00 are charged a GBP 75 late check in fee.

Please note the credit card used to make the reservation needs to be presented on arrival, along with a valid photo ID of the cardholder. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartments Wales in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
