酒店設有343間客房及套房，全部備有舒適便利的房務設施，適合來自不同地方的商務旅客及遊客。當中超過三分一的客房坐擁優美的維港景致，較低層的客房則可近距離感受香港大都會的熱鬧繁華。

Life Spa Facility (including steam, sauna and massage) at the Empire Hotel Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsui) is closed with immediate effect for maintenance until further notice.
For guests arriving before the Hotel official check-in time (14:00) and require ready rooms, Hotel recommends guest to book and pay one night ahead of his/her arrival day in order to guarantee his/her room be available upon arrival.
Please note that for non-refundable bookings, the total amount of room rate including service charge will be charged at the time of booking.
Please note that all cancellation, modification or no-show penalty are subject to service charge
The swimming pool will be temporarily closed for an annual overhaul maintenance during 16 Dec 2016 to 28 Feb 2017 inclusive.
